We use only plain packaging and make sure your address is clearly labled and only our return address is present. 1. How will you ship my order? All orders will be shipped in plain packaging. Fastway Courier or Registered Mail will forward orders shipped within Australia. Orders shipped outside of Australia will be sent by Australia Post Airmail. Our return address only will appear on the parcel. Our name (B-SHOP) will not appear unless required by International Customs Declaration. 2. How much will it cost to ship my order? Within Australia: All parcels shipped are charged at a flat rate of $10. Outside Australia(New Zealand Only): All parcels shipped are charged at a flat rate of $35. We do not post internation orders.

3. When will I receive my order?

• Orders not containing lingerie will be dispatched within seven working days of receipt.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch of orders including lingere. Due to the extensive range of lingerie offered to you by BeDARING™, it is not always possible for us to keep a full range of all colours and sizes on hand.
• BeDARING™ reviews the entire range of online stock offered on a daily basis. Only those items which we are able to guarantee supply of will be listed.
• Delivery times within Australia: (a) Metropolitan areas: 1-3 Days. (b) Regional Areas: 2-5 Days.
• Delivery times outside Australia: (a) Major destinations: 5-10 Days. (b) Outside major cities: 7-21 Days.

4. Do you ship to anywhere in the world?

No, Currently we are only shipping to New Zealand and Norfolk Island.

5. Do you ship to PO Boxes

Yes, but to Australian PO Boxes only. New Zealand orders must provide a delivery address.

Customers who experience problems may become either 'Customers for Life' or 'Someone else's customer' depending on the manner in which the problem is resolved.

1. EXCHANGE FOR INCORRECT CHOICE

Due to the nature of Adult products many products are of a personal nature and as such would not be suitable for resale should customers wish to exchange.

At BeDARING™ we have identified product Departments that as professionals we could not return to stock for resale. Accordingly two separate returns systems within the Exchange / Returns Policy have been adopted.

THREE (3) MONTH WARRANTY AGAINST FAULTY MATERIALS OR MANUFACTURE BeDARING™ guarantees all items fault free at time of dispatch and will replace OR refund (at the customer's option) any item that suffers a fault arising from faulty materials or manufacture for a period of 3 months after receipt by the customer, fair wear and tear excepted.

2. GOODS RETURNED OUTSIDE WARRANTY PERIOD / SHOWING FAIR WEAR & TEAR

All goods returned outside the warranty period OR returned as a result of Fair Wear & Tear' will be repaired, replaced or refunded at BeDARING's Discretion. You will be advised if a charge is to be applied prior to remedying.

Note: Vibrators returned for repair outside the warranty period are charged at two flat rates: Non Rotating Vibrators: AUD$15 Rotating Vibrators: AUD$30 All repairs are covered by a Three (3) Month Warranty. This returns policy does not negate your statutory rights.
