TheBeDARING™ Group is an Australian, family owned business operating Retail Stores, a Web Site including an ‘Adult Directory’ and a Party Plan. The stores are managed & operated by Adult Retail Management Pty Ltd. Other services are planned. The business currently has a staff of more than 30. The Directors have a combined 40 years experience in ‘hands on’ retail and retail management. Although retailing modern products in an advanced medium such as the Web, they have still managed to retain the old fashion values of retailing.

This sounds all very good but what does it mean?

It means that:

• Our stores are modern, friendly and air-conditioned. All our sales staff are attired inBeDARING™ corporate uniforms. All staff names and positions identified on their name badge.
• When you call to aBeDARING™ Store, you will be acknowledged within minutes of entering and farewelled EVERY time you call.
• ·We provide a FREE-CALL telephone number because you are the customer and should not bear the expense to make an inquiry. The FREE-CALL is staffed 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday, 9am – 8pm Sunday excluding Christmas Day.
• When you call us we will take your details if necessary, and call you back (if this is convenient.) We will never ask you the customer to call us back.
• In the event you place an order with us and we are unable to supply the order immediately we will keep you advised of delivery progress. At any stage if unable to supply we will immediately refund your payment in full should you request this.
• Although we carry an enormous range of product you will find that due to our computerised inventory system that we are ‘in stock’ of almost the entire range all of the time.
